These are left overs that have blemishes in the powder coat. Some powder coat has be been scratched, scuffed, or flaked off. Made in the USA. Tig welded 1" diameter .120 DOM. Then all outside edges of corners are smoothed down for the cleanest look. These fit amazing on all Harleys, Choppers, especially sportsters, dynas. Any bike that uses a riser clamp for a 1" bar.
